Through its team of experienced operators, Somerby can provide third party management services inclusive of:
- Working with for-profit or non-profit senior living providers
- Providing start-up through stabilization hands-on operational management
- Developing, implementing, and executing on Marketing and Sales programs
- Providing financial oversight including implementation of accounting systems, developing budgets and producing financial reports, measuring performance, and preparing for audits
- Assuring regulatory compliances are maintained through implementation of policies and procedures, on-site audits, and education and training
