Al Worthington

Allan D. Worthington

Principal and CEO

Al sets the vision for our company. Coupled with his leadership and strategic direction, Al brings extensive experience in real estate investment and finance gained over his 35-year career. Previously serving as Partner and President of Daniel Corporation, Al is highly knowledgeable in the areas of senior housing and multifamily investments. Committed to our values of always doing the right thing and measuring success by our impact on others, he involves himself in multiple non-profits and ministries. Al is a member of Briarwood Presbyterian Church and finds time to serve as Chairman of the Board of Campus Outreach and the WellHouse.

Dave Rodgers

Dave B. Rodgers

Principal

In addition to providing strategic direction to our firm, Dave leads the company’s real estate investment platform, including deal origination, development, asset management and capital markets. With transactions valued in excess of $4 billion, Dave’s real estate experience involves successful investments across a wide range of property types including multifamily, high rise condominiums, retail, large-scale mixed use, office, senior housing and hospitality.

David Grady

David L. Grady

President and COO Somerby Senior Living

David brings extensive executive operations experience to Dominion Partners. An excellent communicator, he leads by example, building coalitions to implement efficient growth with a proven track record of exceeding customer service expectations. David possesses more than 30 years of experience operating assisted living and continuum of care communities. He has served in multiple operations director roles including Divisional Vice President of Operations of the Southern Division of Elmcroft, a division consisting of eight states and 30 ALF communities.

Kim Thompson

Kim A. Thompson

Director of Business Systems and Integration

With a strong background in accounting and finance and years of operational experience, Kim works with all facets of the organization to develop, implement and oversee enterprise management solutions and business intelligence that promotes informed decision making, enhanced operational performance and transparency across Dominion’s operating and investment platform. Kim joined Dominion after serving more than twelve years as Controller and CFO within the healthcare industry. Additionally, she spent six years performing audit and tax services for companies in various industries. Kim is a member of the Alabama Society of CPAs and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She is a Certified Public Accountant who earned her Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Alabama and an Accounting Equivalency from Birmingham Southern.

Peter Wolnski

Director of Development

Drawing on 30 years of experience managing design and construction, Peter focuses on the execution of new developments for Dominion Partners. He leads our team through the entire development process from land acquisition through construction closeout. Prior to joining Dominion, Peter served in senior management and executive leadership positions with Torchmark Development, Colonial Properties Trust, Stonegate Realty and HPM. He is a graduate of Auburn University having earned a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction and is a Certified Construction Manager (CCM) of the Construction Management Association of America. He serves on the Inspero Advisory Board and is a member of Oak Mountain Presbyterian Church.

Jared Hauser

Jared M. Hauser

Chief Accounting and Administrative Officer

Responsible for the ongoing financial operations of our company, Jared manages all of Dominion Partners’ related entities, including all corporate finance and financial reporting processes, placement of commercial insurance and oversight of the technological infrastructure. Before joining the firm, he served as a manager at Warren, Averett, Kimbrough & Marino, conducting audits of various entities. Jared is a member of the Alabama Society of CPAs and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Samford University and a Master of Accountancy from Samford. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Susan Gray

Susan M. Gray

Controller - Asset Management

Susan is responsible for managing the varied accounting functions and financial reporting processes for Dominion with a focus on the operating properties under asset management. She brings a vast amount of experience as a Certified Public Accountant. Susan is a graduate of the University of Alabama and is an active member of the Alabama State Board of Accountancy, Alabama State Society of CPAs, the American Institute of CPAs and is a self-proclaimed tax geek.

Cherry Jones

Cherry K. Jones

Controller – Development and Special Projects

Cherry oversees the Dominion development accounting and reporting function and she manages the transition from the development stage into operation. As one of Dominion’s first employees, Cherry has been instrumental in establishing the processes and controls used by the Company today. She brings 30 years of real estate accounting and financial experience to our firm. During her career, she worked for GMAC and served as the office manager for a new car dealership in Kentucky. After nine years in that role, Cherry returned to the Birmingham area. She is a member of Chelsea Church of Christ and a member of the Shelby County Art Council.
